Came in a little nervous. I have hair dresser anxiety. I had my hair cut by Louise: I came in with long hair to my bum but very sparse for a couple Of inches.She did a brilliant job it’s gone from unhealthy and full to looking thick health soft straight and lovely.I normally feel awful after a hair cut because I don’t like the results or too much came off but I feel so happy today.Thank you Louise for doing a fabulous job. I will be booking in again in a couple months:)

Had an amazing full body massage and facial, masseur very professional, only spoke if I spoke to her. (I’ve had massages in the past where they just don’t stop talking )Highly recommendedI have booked another as so impressed

Absolutely lovely ladies, they helped me pick a more suitable colour for my half-head highlights. The result was amazing and the colour blends in perfectly with my natural hair. Highly recommend :)

Nice staff but the colour turned out horrible. The hairdresses tried to convinced me it looks really nice - I've been getting very extpensive quotes from professional salons to have it fixed as it's so streaky and patchy. Hair smelled of bleach still after a few washes.

I purchased a group-on voucher and contacted the lady to book an appointment but she was super rude and didn’t speak like a professional should have. She refused to give me an appointment saying she asked groupon to take This off. She was very loud and speaking in an aggressive tone. Would not recommend at all if that is the treatment you receive prior to the appointment.

Absolutely fantastic training day nd had highlights colour nd cut nd blow dry done by the lovely eli fry from red to blonde. What a great job she did I'm certain very happy with the results nd very much lifted my mood well done eli x
