Wonderful service from Sally, made my young niece feel relaxed and grown up trying on Bridesmaid dresses as she was quite nervous. We were made to feel welcome and tried on lots of different styles and found the perfect one. Would definitely recommend a visit to anyone looking for that perfect dress.

Awful customer serviceOld dated shop needs a good cleanI booked an appointment for my daughter for her prom dress. We arrived to be greeted and informed they will see myself and daughter in 2 minutes. We had to wait 15 minutes before being seen.Out of the dozen dresses they had my daughter fell in love with the first one she tried on when we said we wanted to buy it the lady said we couldn’t as someone at her school had already purchased the same one (which is completely fine and we respect that)I am appalled that the assistant allowed us to try the dress on without checking first if one the same had been sold to the school my daughter is at.

My daughter had a lovely experience choosing a prom dress, the ladies took great care of her & helped her with styles, colours. Highly recommend.

I had the most amazing experience trying on my first every wedding dress! What an amazing, beautiful place to go to. Honestly if you are looking for an amazing experience and to find ' the one' catherdral belles is the place. Sally was with me helping me, she made everything so much special aswell! I honestly advise every bride to go here!!!

Brought my daughter prom dress from here.the staff are very nice and friendly

I went here today with my mother and step-dad to find a prom dress, I was nervous as I don’t have great body image but the staff member who helped me was absolutely wonderful, always giving compliments and making me feel great about myself. I fell in love with a green dress however the back wouldn’t zip up completely, and they recommended multiple ways to make sure I got this dress, which I am getting a lace up back for next week. This place is amazing and has lovely staff and beautiful dresses. Thank you for such a great experience and I recommend going here! ☺️
