Brilliant experience with MSS . I phoned up for some Mercedes Sprinter Parts and was told to come down same day. Staff were very polite, professional and extremely welcoming. Fantastic value for money and I'll 100% be using them in future as well as recommending them to my friends and family.

In terms of what every business should have this business really hit the nail on the head.1. Customer service, their staff are extremely friendly, very helpful with advice on what is needed and what is not needed and they have devoted time for even after business hours to help their consumers.2. Pricing, they offer very reasonable prices for parts and vans, they use the internet and their personal knowledge to compare prices and gave me a very good price.3. Knowledge, when I entered the place I didn’t know what to expect, I have my own personal rubbish removal service and I have never met a business with so much knowledge in the sprinter industry, they know every thing about them. Really seems like the guys have done their homework.The impression they have left on me will be one I never forget, I wish the staff all the best and thank them for e their service.

Not very friendly and helpful. Need to learn how to deal with customers first. Also very expensive for a rough estimate. I’d rather go to Mercedes dealership rather then give my business to such rude and unprofessional place.

Spoke to izzy who told me to come see the van in question, very happy with my purchase of a sprinter van. I was offered coffee which was great start. After care was fab izzy called me a week after my purchase to ask if I was OK which was nice.
