My order was mixed up online and in store they sorted it and gave me it as a complimentary order free due to my dog only eats a certain brand I've got to order from pets at home, was a lovely gesture

Went here to get some hamsters for the wee ones. Spoke to the lady who was very helpful and steered us in the direction of guinea pigs as being a bit more in line with our kids ages. Thought everything was reasonably priced, the staff were knowledgeable and we have three very happy children who like their new pets.

Recently used the Vets here and it was fantastic. The vet was lovely and friendly. Explained everything very well. Thank you.Very impressed by the staff here.Had interactions with 4 different members of staff and each one was brilliant. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a Pets at Home store.Brilliant!!!!!
