Excellent prices! Another mechanic offered me to change the whole flywheel for £700. Arthur did the job for £50 in 2 hours, and changed the light bulb for free. Much appreciated.Garage is well hidden, but well worth the hassle.

Did full service and disc change and break-pad change and wheel burning smell after given to service which was not before. And knocking sound which was not before.And when approaching for explain. bad customer service. using their own language and make fun of people and insulting.Felt bad.Disappointed

Went to Arthur's garage through a recommendation, to get a bad spot of rust fixing where a rear seatbelt mounts in the wheel arch. The job took roughly 3 hours and was roughly 20% more expensive compared to a couple of other local garages but cheaper than a body shop.The welded panel is functional and is water tight now, however the rust was left as is and not cut out, plus water can still sit behind the old rust where it's flared. Time will tell whether the repair holds up.They did put all the trim and electronics back, which was nice & did save me time, but upon further inspection the boot carpet had a few burn marks in, presumably from welding without protecting it.Regarding customer service: straight to the point, no frills. I wouldn't go back for body work, however I have heard they're great for servicing and mechanical work.Do note that it's cash only & the closest cash point is left out of the garage on Ribbleton road.

Best garage in Preston by far for MOT's, service and repairs. Great staff, great work and excellent prices. Arthur and his team have repaired and maintained alot of cars for me over the years from classic to modern, 4x4 and vans. 5 stars is not enough.

Brilliant garage, a lot cheaper than most in Preston. Quick and accurate to find a fault, no hidden costs. Go in for one problem and they check most other things while they have the vehicle too. If it's a cheap and quick fix, they will just do it while doing the job it's booked in for. I've probably never left a garage feelings so safe in a vehicle knowing they have checked more than what I asked for, at no extra cost. Highly recommend
