An excellent new store from BHF, more like a boutique shop than a charity shop. Very busy and good quality items to buy. An welcome addition to Tottenham.

I agree with some reviewers. Manager of the store needs to rethink of the following:1. Retrain your staff on customer service. 2. Reduce the price on all your items- it is a charity not a departmental store!I also will not support this store from now on by buying or donating due to the hostile staff. So unwelcoming with door always closed and security guard that follows customers everywhere. I will donate my items to Sense charity few shops down, at least they say 'Thank You' to donators! and are welcoming.

I wish I could give a zero star. I went to this shop to drop a big Bag full with good items that I cannot wear anymore. The lady didn't even say hello to me. The only thing she said was to put the bag in front of the back door. Not even a thank you. I wanted to grab my bag and go. I was so vexed. Her attitude was rude. I will always donate but I will not step a foot in that store again.
