Terrible.Phoned at least 8 times a day for 3 days as soon as I seen property become available. No answer, left voicemail for call back, nothing. Made contact through zoopla requesting details/viewing from this company. Still nothing. Property is now under offer and I feel we did not get a chance at this purchase due to imcompence of this company.

Don't respond to viewing enquiries without multiple contact. Unprofessional feel from correspondence you do actually get. Avoiding any properties for sale with this company.
