I ordered a memorial plaque to commemorate my late Mam. The entire process with this company from start to finish was outstanding and very professional. Great communication to accommodate all my wishes. I was a little worried about the delivery but my plaque came very well packaged and arrived in perfect order. I had previously looked into ordering locally but prices were ridiculous. Memorial Stones Direct give a very reasonable price. In fact, I would have paid more, given the quality of finish. Highly recommend this company, allows you peace of mind in difficult circumstances.

The waiting time was exactly as stated at the point of purchase and the price was exactly as stated.I had an unexpected after sales service requirement and Paul not only assisted but he refused to take payment for it!A true gentleman who cares about what he does and whom I would highly recommend to anyone who required his services.

I ordered a stone which was then processed and sent for my confirmation of details, unfortunately I didn’t check closely enough and the date was wrong. I contacted them and although they had already processed the order they did another one for me free of charge. This company went above and beyond and I can’t recommend them enough. We had some reservations about ordering a very personal memorial online through eBay, however our concerns were put to rest, through messages and the seller even called to confirm inscription details, followed by sending a proof before commencing engraving. I needed a memorial plaque at short notice for my grandad's grave in the Caribbean. I called a few companies, who were accommodating but as soon as I spoke to Paul I knew that Memorial Stones Direct would be the right choice. He made some really good recommendations regarding the size of the memorial that we would need and was able to get a proof to me very quickly. Contacted him on Monday and the plaque was with me on the Thursday of that week. Amazing customer service from start to finish, myself and my sisters wanted wording, hearts and a picture on the memorial stone. It arrived in 2 weeks from placing the order which was amazing.
