I got my eyebrows waxed for the very first time and it was definitely 10/10. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Hannah was amazing. I was very relaxed and enjoyed the experience.Thank you x

I calculated the days worong and was on the last day of my periods when I had my aapointment. They told me they cannot do my barzilian waxing, and they still charged me full 35£ for a service they did not provide, and did not do any discount or reschedule for a different time (they said I would have to pay the full amount again) and were not willing to do any kind of compromise. I understand their 24 hour cancelation policy, however in certain circumstances you need to be more understanding if you want to have loyal clients. This is the worst treatment I have gotten as a client ever and I would never support this kind of bussiness.

I booked myself in for a birthday pamper day with a gel manicure, full body massage and facial. I was so so so happy with the service I received - they made me feel very special! Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely lovely service, quick and efficient! I had a wax and I felt comfortable and very pain free, we were chatting the entire time. I would definitely come back again.

Had an eyebrow wax, service was lovely and price was good. However wax was so harsh has ripped a layer of skin as well and left me with grazes on my eyelids which are very sore amd sensitive. Photo is 3 days post and only just starting to scab over and start to heal.

Go to Bea's regularly for my nails and always have such a lovely time. The whole team are welcoming and friendly. Great long-lasting gel nails and excellent value. Cannot recommend highly enough.
