Thamesdown Hydrotherapy Pool

Great place, very friendly staff, they're always open to ideas and have this nifty little shop inside that you can buy from for a very low price, and all the proceeds go to the Pool itself. They have such a great atmosphere and it's always so clean.

Our first visit too the pool and I can say we are definitely going again weekly, staff member was so friendly, happy to help. All the correct equipment was available to use it was a pleasure to use.

This was ideal for our 89 year old mother who is severely disabled. She has chronic pain and little mobility. She used to love swimming. Initially she was really frightened when we got in the pool but with support from my sister and I she gained confidence and really enjoyed the benefits. She slept like a log that night!! Looking forward to taking her back to build her confidence and hoping she will be swimming after a few visits. Thank you Thamesdown!!!

visitef here yesterday a as i am in a wheelchair due to a life changing stroke i was a little aprehensive as i have not been in a pool since stroke but i needed to get back to swiming if i could the staff were very welcoming and gave me a lot of confidence unfortunatly the hoist was out of action but i was guided up and down the steps in and out of the water normally they have an elctrical seat for getting in an out ss well as a hoist i can honestly recomend whole heartedly recoment this place they were so proffesional all the time

Need a lot off help with fixing some things and most off the staff are brilliant

Place is a bit shabby jackouse broken and overflowingAnd the swimming pool starting get leaves in it and place got shut down with me in it but the staff is really bad.
