Had a great experience buying my V70 here.Checked the car out and went for a test drive with Greg. It had only just arrived with them so hadn’t been worked on at all yet. The little bits of wear or damage were all sorted for me to an excellent standard, perfect MOT put on, bodywork waxed, service, cambelt. Got the AA to check it out because I’ve been burnt before and I was paranoid, the inspector came out, test drove and looked over it and couldn’t fault it, he said to me that he trusts this garage and every car he checks there is as described.I’ve already recommended to a few friends and I think my Dad will be down to buy an XC60 soon!

Great service, top-notch professionals, excellent assistance in choosing a car and obtaining financing. Warranty and service support at a very high level. Very positive atmosphere, a place worth recommending. Many thanks to Greg and Johnson, they do a really good job. I highly recommend it.

Excellent service, No hard sell I felt like I was asking the questions and getting truthful answers back. I arrived with a list of accessories/upgrades OEM options I wanted and the guys found and sat me in what has become the best car I've owned. I recommend them all the time.I've owned five Volvo's now (This is my first from here) and dealt with main dealers back street non reputable non specialist and even maintained myself, so I was over the moon on the first service when I took it back. Quick turn around used OEM part's and the bill didn't make my heart skip three beats.My car has been all over the country covered thousands of miles both attended car shows and even made it on to YouTube on a car enthusiast's video about the generations of Volvo's.So if you've read this far and still haven't got dressed and one foot out the door and on your way to speak with them I'm assuming it's only because they're closed and having a well earned rest.

We bought an XC60 from this dealership and were attended to by Greg. Greg was very knowledgeable on the day knowing the answers to all our questions and he knew all the specifications of the vehicle. Since buying the car it has had to be returned for work twice, the dealership had a man who collected our car from Cumbria and drove it back to Yorkshire for us, returning it once ready, Greg arranged everything and made sure we were happy customers. He gave us the confidence to do business with him and we don't regret our decision.

Would put no stars if possible.Where to start with it.I Would definitely not recommend volvo specialist car sales for a vehicle. Purchased a rebel blue Volvo V40 D4 from them and had nothing but issues from the start. Car had numerous faults that when they came to get the car to rectify it, it came back exactly the same. Knocking on the front was then found to be a bent lower control arm and bent ball joint. Had misfires and limp mode that they said was a split pipe, ended up being an injector broken. Creaky clutch pedal which the had re greased and the creak was still there. Ended up needing a full clutch pedal assembly in it to rectify the creak.I did try to contact in regards to the lower control arm being bent and the car being dangerous to drive and got no response via email even though read receipt was put on and seen they had read it.Manager is very rude, definitely needs to learn on customer service skills. Overall would never recommend anyone to them at all. AVOID!

This is the most unspuless garage I have ever come across,They have no moral compas, they know that you trust them, so they rip you off !! DO NOT USE. !!!!

I've had a great experience with having my V40 serviced and MOT'd here.The quality of work, and regular communication are great.Would recommend for maintenance.

Amazing! I took my car for its mot at Halfords, it failed as it needed a new repeater light unit for wing mirror! They told me I had to get it from Volvo themselves and to bring it back for re-test once I've had it done. I rung Volvo they were absolutely useless couldn't even get me in to look at it for 2 weeks at least ( that would mean no car for 2 weeks as obviously failed mot) so I rung Johnson at Volvo specialist he looked into it for me, rung me back immediately said he could squeeze me in later that day at a very reasonable price, so I got my car passed the same day thanks to Johnson and his team, fab customer service would highly recommend.
