Fabulous service! First time at the clinic this morning, was unable to hear anything in my right ear and was causing ringing and discomfort! Now completely cleared! Beautiful clinic and was seen on time, the doctor was really friendly! Thanks again for your help! I know where to come if I need help with my ears again! Have recommended to my friends!

Mr Hammond is an excellent professional. I’ve had bad experiences trying to get my ears de-waxed which left me more deaf than I was before. But I have used Mr Hammond several times since and he has always done a very good job.

My Husband had his earwax removed yesterday from this clinic. It’s professional and the audiologist was very thorough. Husband can now hear perfectly after three weeks.

Unreal. Had ear ache and discomfort for far to long. Tried everything candles, oils, all the tools you can think off and other than hurting myself nothing has worked. Then my missis got sick of my moaning and got me here. Was dreading it but it’s was totally pain free and he pulled out a 2inch long bit of rock hard wax and it felt like someone removed a headache. Only downside is I can now clearly hear the missis moaning again lol. Brilliant job would defo be back!

Very helpful friendly receptionist, who put me at ease immediately. Richard the audiologist was professional and thorough, the procedure was painless. Totally recommend if you want your ears checked and suctioned.

My right ear was blocked with earwax for almost 3 weeks and was causing me a lot of discomfort. After spending a lot of time and hassle trying to get it sorted through the NHS, I had it unblocked in a short appointment here. Staff were friendly and the procedure was quick and painless. Would highly recommend for earwax removal
