I had been in need of a new fence for some time, but I was reluctant to get the job done as I didn’t have any existing contacts in the trade. However, I found Darren’s details on a local approved trades site and I’m so glad I trusted other peoples’ recommendations. Throughout the whole process, Darren was very responsive to messages and he was great at keeping me up to date. His workmanship was of a high standard and he was efficient and very tidy during and after the job. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Darren next time I need work doing and I would definitely recommend him.

Darren was recommended to us and right from the first meeting I could tell why.Really nice guy who tells you the truth (when you suggest a bad idea) and obviously knows his stuff.We needed a cheap (house builders) wooden fence replaced by something that would survive the odd gust of wind and also deal with a difficult slope.Darren discussed the options yand gave us an estimate and date he could do the work.He turned up exactly when he said he would and just got on with it.No fuss, no drama, just a “proper” job by a guy who obviously takes pride in doing a good job.Will definitely be using Darren in the future and if anyone is looking for a recommendation of a good honest tradesman look no further. After contacting Darren back in April he came and gave us a quote to have our block paving drive extended and a new fence and gate installed. Darren was very honest and said it wouldn’t be until September. All I can say is it was well worth the wait. Both Darren and Angelo worked their socks off all week, they were lovely guys and very easy to talk to they explained everything they were doing or going to do along the way.We are very very pleased with the end results and will definitely br contacting Darren for any future work.

The firm put up a very solid hand-built fence on my garden border, exactly as specified. They left the site tidy and no plants were damaged.

I have wanted to have block paving done on my driveway since we moved in 2.5 years ago and was keen to have someone recommend as reliable to undertake the work. We also needed the front steps and wanted a sleeper bed between us and the neighbors. Darren was recommended to me by a colleague at work and I am so glad because he’s been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the first visit and measure up right through to completion Darren is completely professional and a perfectionist in his work. The quote was honest and fair and he even worked around a few problems that were discovered after digging up the existing grass and concrete with no added cost. Darren and Gordon worked tremendously hard in awful weather to get the driveway completed and I couldn’t be more grateful or happy with the finished result.
