Went for grooms + groomsmen suit hire. Good service if you've booked an appointment, I went three times to get myself and groomsmen fitted. Different assistants each time, all professional and knew what they were doing. Downside is that they never picked up the phone when I tried to call.There can be quite a bit of waiting when the store is busy as usually only 2-3 people running the store at a time. Additionally, the suits we were getting fitted for were so popular, we weren't offered to try them on, instead we had to use mismatched suits for sizing. This was okay, but it meant we didn't get to see what we all looked like until the wedding day!

Just been speaking to Teddy. She helped me sort out an issue with one of my groomsmen’s suits which would have been a disaster, and completely our fault, even though it’s only 2 weeks till the big day! She was so polite, patient, proactive and helpful, and has fixed it completely! She and all of her colleagues at Moss Oxford have been nothing short of excellent, and I commend them for their great customer service. Thank you especially to Teddy.

Horrendous customer service, one of the most appalling experiences just buying a shirt and tie. The employees before the relocation were far better, nice and helpful. The worker with long curly hair and glasses didn't help, stood and talked on the phone for at least 30min. As someone who is not well informed on smart wear having a hint of condescension along with other numerous issues isn't helpful.

I have always shopped at Moss Bross and found them to be professional and polite until I visited the one in Westagate. Most of the staff, including what looked like the manager were stood in the corner of the shop talking amongst themselves. One member of staff was actually doing ridiculous standing press ups off the counter and just looked dangerously stupid. There was only one member of staff that was helpful, although I did have to ask. They are definitely the worst Moss Bross I have shopped at.

Been in a few times since the re-brand (MossBros) and relocation from upstairs and unfortunately the service has dropped massively. No longer are the days of been welcomed and asked if you need help.Fortunately my size hasn't changed since they measured me upstairs and I know what I want, so I can still enjoy the suits! I like the suits but please sort the service.

Really poor service. Rude and patronising. The employee was more interested in asking us to move out of the way (repeatedly) to rehang items while we were looking at clothes on the racks in question. Grudgingly went out the back to look for another size once and then decided it was all too much a second time. We walked out without buying anything. A sale lost.
