Excellent service. Sam was able to change my daughter’s phone screen and now phone is back working. Very happy customers and all done in under an hour. Saved us hours and days of doom and gloom.

Edit: Response to owner:You know I messaged you about the finger print the day after the screen was replaced and came to the shop 5 times over the course of the next few weeks. Shame on you.I came here after seeing the good reviews as I'd cracked my phone screen. Athough it was still working fine, the screen annoyed me so I came to get it replaced. The fee was £70 but went up to £80 when I asked if it could be ready any earlier. In the end it was still going to take a few days so I collected after the weekend, but was still charged £80. The phone seemed fine and the screen looked good apart from the fingerprint sensor didn't work anymore. However, over the next few days more and more issues started to arise. It took me a few weeks to drop the phone back as everytime I visited the shop (5 times...) either the owner wasn't there or they said it would take 3-4 days without the phone. In the end the phone stopped responding to my touch whatsoever. The guy in the shop said he would replace the screen. This time I got my husband to drop the phone back and they took his number. From then on they called him instead of me which I found quite sexist. The phone wasn't ready when they said it would be despite my husband saying I was on my way to the shop meaning another wasted trip. The man said I had got it wrong and the phone was never going to be ready that day but the other guy had clearly said it would. That evening he called my husband again at 9pm to say the phone could not be fixed. When I went back to collect the phone the next day he said he'd been working on it until 2am. I realised I couldn't trust anything this guy said at this point. He made out as if it never worked properly in the first place and I was quids in as it now had a new screen and battery (I never consented to a new battery being put in and I suspect they took out the good one to recoup their costs). I did get a refund although he tried to suggest I was only charged £70. At home I noticed the phone has a sticky gel all around the side of the screen so I'm not surprised it doesn't work. I had to buy a new phone whereas if I hadn't of come here I'd still have a functioning phone. Avoid this place.

My teenage son's phone stopped working on Mother's Day out of all days and I can honestly say Sam saved the day for us! He patiently explained all the options for us and solved the problem for a very reasonable price. Also went the extra mile to make sure my son didn't lose any of his data. Would highly recommend!

Took my phone in for a new screen repair. Brilliant service but expensive. However they do try to help every way they can and even lent me a spare phone whist they repaired mine over night. Very pleased and would recommend.

Extremely honest and reliable staff. Dealt with my macs, laptops, mobiles; baught and repaired. Got an awesome iPhone 11 (brand new) for less than market price and the staff always look after you. Sam in particular is really good.

Helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Saved me £85 that I'd been quoted elsewhere as didn't need to replace charging socket. Exchanged my charger that I'd bought there the previous month fir a better one that would solve the problem I was having.

Best phone repair shop in crystal palace and south London. Fixed my phone screen within 10 minutes and gave me great advice which saved me lots of £££'s. 10/10 would recommend
