Literally the most digusting starbucks drink I've ever had. To be honest, the state the place is in itself is off-putting. Dirty tables! Had to throw away my drink after the first sip.. tasted horrible. First and last time coming to this branch.

Love this place. Nice staff. They are all mostly young so those of you reviewing this place please me mindful of your comments.I would say that it would better if your seats were more comfortable for people that work from home and want to spend a few hours in Starbucks to get a break and work in there.

The staff here never fail to impress me and I commend them for having to deal with the constant, almost suffocating, stream of customers coming through. They do an incredible job, and unfortunately their endurance goes mostly unrecognised. Greeted with nothing but kindness when I order from here.

Staff are very very very rude, it’s not the first time I use this branch as it’s more convenient for me, I think those to girls who is serving there should be replaced ASAP they got no background experience how to treat customers. I don’t know there name but I can describe them one is petite with dark hair, and the other one is bigger Girl with blond hair .

Very modern looking Starbucks with high ceilings and lots of light. It would be nice to see a bit more colour, but does provide a nice calming environment.The staff were welcoming and friendly, and although they were rushed, still took the time to apologies for the delay and made sure my order was OK. My drink was delicious as always.

Had a coffee latte which was same price as Costa but in a white mug which was nice touch. Unfortunately most of the tables were dirty I if I was not on my own would not have stayed. The room is ok very long and light but the chairs not very comfy. Great to have a shop open in the village but think I will go Costa for now

shocking service ordered off just eat ... 2hrs of waiting you cannot ring the Starbucks in Cheadle as number does not work and just eat have no options to cancel. bad service

Been coming in here a while now and I have to say the staff are exceptional. Always get served with a smile and a polite hello. Not had one bad cup of coffee whilst in here. However, the cleanliness does need to improve. I understand it gets busy but the walls have been in the state pictured the whole time I've been coming in!

After visiting a friend in the Manchester area for the weekend I decided to visit this particular branch of Starbucks, but unfortunately this left me with a sour sad finish to the weekend.Richard our server was abrupt and rude, my partner was taking a while to choose their order, they have a stammer and sometimes busy loud environments can make it difficult for them, Richard was clearly annoyed by this which made my partner feel much more anxious, resulting in longer wait times and more awkwardness.After getting our drinks we noticed that Richard was abrupt and rude with other members of staff resulting in the atmosphere within the Branch to feel hostile and uncomfortable.As I am not a regular maybe he was having an off day we are all allowed them, but I only think it’s right to share my experience.
