Very poor service. Took a long time and still hadn't fully diagnosed the fault. Charged me to get to that stage and then wanted a further £400 to confirm it was what they thought it was (before even fixing the problem). I ended up taking it elsewhere, who diagnosed it within the hour and cracked on with the work. I still ended up paying the initial cost to them just for looking at it and not getting a diagnosis. Seriously question their knowledge. Avoid

Bought a van and had loads of hassle . They had back twice to sort. The 3rd time I sorted it myself as lost all faith and patiance. I do not recommend nor would I use again

Would Definitely Recommend Exeter Van Centre, I have been looking around to upgrade my son's 9 seater mini bus as the Euro 6 comes into force very soon and he needs this when he travels up to see me with my grandchildren.I found one that I liked at this van centre so i arranged to go and see it with my son and his wife, the sales person I met was Richard, he showed us the vehicle told us that we can take it out for a test drive, when we got back I told Richard that we liked it, we got a good deal on my son's old mini bus, Richard showed us around the new mini bus done all the paper work up and we went away happy, Thank you again to Richard
