ACG Contractors

We invited ACG to quote for a project and should have realised by their poor responses, that they were simply unprofessional. Five weeks after we told them they had won the bid and would place the order once they confirmed prices, we had to chase for a reply. Two weeks later, after a further reminder, they announced they were no longer interested. So we've just wasted two months and never even got a reason. AvoidIn response to ACG's reply. We would add..Frankly that's ridiculous and I suggest they educate their source. The funds for this and any other project we manage, are NOT this Company's. It comes from the service charge account which is entirely separate, and doesn't even operate on credit. The funds have to be there before any orders are placed, for obvious reasons. Also any personal check on my own credit worthiness, would come back with flying colours. I suggest you try it.A professional company would have carried out a proper check, or at the very least asked a question. No credit report caused the lack of any response. That's down to ACG.

Brilliant company

This company was hired to complete external decoration on grade 2 listed building. During the project there was no supervision, workers were from agency often lacking skills, loads of times there was nobody on site and if there was the owner did not ensure the materials were available so the workers were sat doing nothing. This caused huge delays in completion of the project. The materials were of poor quality which resulted with rendering falling off and cracks on walls internally... and few months later under guarantee the scaffolding had to be used again to apply corrections. On top of that the quote was highly overpriced. The owner responses were delayed. Do Not Recommend!
