Had my watch strap altered today in store and the girls there couldn’t have been more helpful and nice. Always a good experience when I go to Chelmsford store very enjoyable experience on each occasion. 5 star.

shocking customer service. Visit was on 10.01.19. No other customers in shop 2 shop assistants behind counter chatting to one another and looked to be polishing jewellery. Knew the watch I wanted to buy which was on display. Walked up and down the displays just to browse went back to my chosen watch looked over to assistants that were still busy chatting, looked up the item on google spent probably over 5 minutes in shop. Not once was acknowledged by staff, so went to H M Samuel and spent £200 with them instead

Had to resize engagement rings. The ladies were incredibly helpful and the service was excellent. Appreciate all the help!

Upon arriving at this establishment, I was promptly greeted by a young chap by the name of Rory. Despite having the intention of buying a watch I was completely unaware of what to expect. I’d never bought one before. It would be an understatement to say I was nervous, I was instantly captivated by the knowledge and charm of Rory. We ran through my budget and preferences, within five minutes I had found my dream watch. I swiftly made the purchase and even paused to take a photo with the brilliant young chap. After a quick chin wag about what to expect from said purchase I exited the establishment completely satisfied. Keep doing your thing “Rulf” as you so kindly told me to call you.Thank you!

Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had from a shop! I said to the staff I needed a ring for my partner giving them a weeks notice and they went out their way to get me the ring! I can’t thank them enough for all their help they’ve all been amazing. Especially Nicola. Thankyou so much

The staff are friendly and helpful

Brought a product online and collected in store on Tuesday, noticed it was too big and returned it the following weekend. I was then spoken to by ‘Lee’ and he was completely rude to me and my partner accusing us of scratching the item when it had been in the box since I collected it! He then went on to say I can not get a refund as the card numbers do not match! But I had all the paper work and emails to prove that it was paid on the card I have got and it had to have been a mistake on their side of things. He then continued to speak down on me and my partner. Saying he will contact customer services and call me first thing Monday. It is now Friday and I’m having to chase my own refund!! Poor customer service from Lee and will not be going back!
