Had a Chesney SALISBURY 8WS SERIES 6kw model fitted by the team at Flaming Fires on 31st July. 5 Months later I'm very happy with the burner and the output is great definitely in these cold months! After hours of looking at different burners in different showrooms and online I decided to spend the extra on a quality built chesney stove, which I'm so glad I did . I can't fault anything so far with this stove ! The customer service, advice , knowledge and professional service from flaming fires has been amazing .I purchased the stove and fitting of the stove/flue liner from them. This was because i did all the hearth/tiling/ beam myself prior to there arrival within specification of the regulations/hetas regulations. When I first enquired about having a stove fitted they arranged for a visit to quote the works needed / correct flue and gave me a speedy quote which I was happy with . We also visited the showroom which they lit the display burner so we could see in action and nothing was too much trouble or pressure. You really can’t go wrong with Jane and her team. From the moment we called to enquire about a Gazco inset log effect gas fire, we knew we’d struck gold.They really are lovely people and we feel that we could just call them up or pop in for a chat as we would do any of our friends.The finished installation is wonderful and my wife finally has the ‘log burner’ she’s always wanted without having to rip out the whole fireplace. Flaming Fabulous.

All of the staff we spoke to in the shop were really helpful and clear on everything including costs, what installation entailed and timescales. The guys who came to do the work were very pleasant, worked really cleanly and got the job done within the expected time given. Excellent all round!

Thank you Flaming Fires for being such a wonderful and knowledgeable team. We were able to see and have a small demo on how the Everhot cooker performes before we placed our order. Needless to say we absolutely love our Everhot and wish we had bought one years ago.

I can't thank Jane and her team enough for all the help and the wonderful job that was done installing my new wood stove.
