I have given it 3 stars as it is let down by Liz, the grumpy rude one. Lynne on the other hand is great. Don’t know what to do when she retires…..find somewhere else! Also the ad says they quality check what they have done before it goes out well Liz doesn’t ..sometimes looks as if she hasn’t bothered to even iron the laundry. This is about the store at Pakefield Morrisons and not other local Timpsons.

Just picked up my work suit, trousers and waistcoat - completely covered in fluff and lint! Won't be going here again for dry cleaning, very poor service..

The woman at the desk was rude. £9.75 for one ordinary jacket, had to be paid up front with no sign of a price list. Jacket came back with marks left around the collar. And she boasted their service was the best.

I have just had a two-way zip replaced in a coat by Rips and Zips (Katy) through Timpsons at Morrison's Lowestoft. The coat is as good as, if not better than new. I am delighted. Thank you

Awesome service! Sorted my Mazda key fob that had a low battery out with no issues. Would definitely recommend!
