Christine is a fantastic tutor, if you've ever had 'gymxiety' she will 100% cure it and teach you so much. Source Pilates is definitely for every Body and I'm excited to continue my journey in the lovely new studio

Christine has helped me with hip brutitus and arthritis in different parts of my body. All the exercises are individually set to my needs, when say I can't lie on one side or move my toes easily. She has a lovely personality and is extremely professional. She really does know what she is doing and is anxious to help me to get back to enjoying life, which can be just walking without pain.I would highly recommend Christine to anyone with pain that they maybe think they have to live with. Christine is so skilled. I have taken about 3 months of weekly classes and 6x 1:1 sessions with her. I came with a host if injuries from years of over training and fractures, and my body really needed some TLC. Every single class gives me such relief from tensions and tightness patterns, and the impact of one session a week really amazes me. The 1:1 sessions give me such valuable feedback on my movement patterns - Christine's tiny tweaks of mu position offer such relief. My posture, my sleep, my energy levels all tangibly improve after each session. I'm raving about it to my friends and partner, it's had a really positive impact on my life. Couldn't recommend it enough. I'm hooked!

Source Pilates with Christine has been a brilliant introduction to Pilates and has really helped me to get back to running again.I’ve just completed my first ever 10 k charity event .The classes are smaller and Christine gives everyone individual coaching points to help improve. The classes are very friendly and just the thing to get the spark back into Pilates - I fully recommend these classes and Christine is the best tutor, with her friendly and inclusive manner.

I have been going to Christine since she started teaching 10 yrs ago. I would have been a regular at the Osteopath due to problems with my back.My Pilates practice with Christine has made a remarkable improvement to my body. I do an online Mat class weekly and a 1:1 Reformer session every two weeks. It's amazing to feel what you are capable of, what one week is a challenge to you and with Christine's guidance becomes a natural movement, the achievement lifts your mood and confidence.I can't recommend Christine enough, definitely 5 stars from me

As someone with scoliosis and weaker muscles on my back, I had been eyeing Pilates for years. I started the mat classes with Christine a few months ago and have been enjoying the benefits ever since. I wish I could do Pilates every day! Normally, with my chaotic schedule, I’d easily give up my fitness routines or at busy and tiring times, I would dread going to the gym but Pilates turned out to be something that’s both challenging and engaging, and Christine (and my classmates) make(s) Pilates even more fun and motivating. I’m nearly 40, and I wish I had startes Pilates earlier. It would have eliminated my back and neck pain and the strains of my body much earlier. It’s never too late and feeling grateful for this course being close to where I live. Cosy atmosphere, energizing exercises.

I can highly recommend Source Pilates. I initially had three 1:1 sessions with Christine and then joined her beginner's class. Christine has taken time to get to know what works for me best as she does for everyone in her class and always works to how our bodies are feeling on a particular day. I can feel a marked improvement since I started going to classes with Christine and now go twice a week to continue to support my improvement.
