Andy and his team installed a new boiler at our property. Installation went well. However having the morning after, waking upto leaking pipes and letting Andy know, this was dismissed and said it was not their fault... its never leaked before... a few months on and we have a leak from the boiler itself.. contacted Andy to let him know, response was they will charge me to replace a seal.... not good enough! You fitted the boiler so you should be fixing your issues!! No after care has been given and yet to still have our warranty in which Andy said he would register it for us!

Need a plumber who is 1. Responsive and brilliant with communication. 2. Quick to respond 3. Proactive 4. Does a thorough job 5. Decently priced… then look no further. I’ve been fed up with calling plumbers who just either too busy to entertain you for weeks to help or too disorganised to get their stuff together, and Craig at Surefire has been superb. Credit to himself and his company.

Took advantage of their black Friday deal which I saw through their Facebook page. Quick and pain free installation, ran through the entire process with me and also discussed the finance options. Really listened to me and answered all my questions so I knew I had made the right decision.

Had Craing in recently removing our old heating system and fitting us a combi boiler. Excellent work and friendly service. Will be using again in the near future
