Marc Stephens Funeral service

I attended the funeral, and I must say it left much to be desired in terms of empathy and emotion. The service felt cold and impersonal, with little effort to console or support the grieving. It seemed more like a formal event than a place for people to find solace and closure. While the logistics were well-handled, the lack of heartfelt sentiment made it a disappointing experience during a difficult time

Could not have asked for a better send off for my brother. From the Carriage pulled by two horses to the flower arrangement outside the chapel, the staff were kind, courteous and sympathetic. Whilst at the same time truly professional. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you

Me and my family were suddenly faced with the most difficult time of our lives and in times like that it's so difficult to know who to turn too. We are so glad we went to Marc Stevens Funeral Directors.The service provided was absolutely impeccable from start to finish! I was present at the funeral, and I have to express my disappointment regarding the lack of empathy and emotional resonance. The service came across as distant and lacking in genuine attempts to comfort or aid those who were mourning. It appeared to be more of a formal gathering rather than a supportive environment for individuals seeking solace and closure. While the organization and logistics were efficiently managed, the absence of heartfelt emotions made it a disheartening experience during a challenging period.

Puts the big boys to shame. Incredible for both my mum and my dad’s funerals. Would highly recommend Marc and his team for all the hard work they do! Nothing is ever too much, they’re there for you on your terms and in terms of costs, they’re very affordable!

I have used Marc's services on a couple of occasions now and I really cannot say enough about the service they provide. Marc and his team make a very difficult time so much easier with the care and compassion they show to yourself and your loved ones and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for him. With the help of his lovely wife for my dads flowers, the kindness shown to my mum from the wonderful June at the funeral parlour and of course all the effort Marc went to, to ensure my dad got the send off he deserved I cannot thank or praise Marc Stepehens funeral services and will be happily recommending him to anyone in need of these services. we used this funeral directors for my dad's funeral very welcoming and informative we went in many times just to go over things multiple times which wasn't any trouble for them the service and everything for my dad's final journey was lovely I would highly recommend and they are also reasonably priced also helped us with everything from start to finish can't thank them enough
