Marshall Jaguar Peterborough

I can’t say I’ve had the greatest of experiences with Marshall Jaguar from the day I purchased my 2020 I-Pace HSE in black. In the beginning there was an issue with them paying off the finance on my F-type trade-in which nearly cost me £900 but they sorted it eventually. However today I discovered that when I recently took it in for a software update following the known recall they had done nothing all the time it was there. My car was in the workshop for over an hour but when I got it back the update apparently hadn’t been applied. It wasn’t until today I was prompted to download and apply the new version update which I did successfully on my drive. I do get the impression they genuinely enjoy inconveniencing their customers. I would think twice about buying another prestige Jaguar from them.

I recently purchased a new hybrid Jaguar E-Pace from Marshall Jaguar Peterborough. I received an outstanding level of customer service in particular from Sam Evans. Sam is extremely knowledgable , calm and helpful, always understanding my needs and going the extra mile to ensure they were met. Nothing is ever to much trouble, Sam was always ready to spend as much time as I needed to go through the process and make it a very enjoyable experience. Sam spent a lot of time with me when I collected my new car to ensure I was fully confident of all the features, and also making it such fun experience to unwrap my new car and also really appreciated the flowers! I have no hesitation in recommending Sam and Jaguar Peterborough. I will be looking forward to getting my third Jaguar in the future.Thank youSusie

Amazing customer service, Kyle Abel took the time to help me browse through models of cars I would like based on my list of requirements, and narrowed it down to my lovely new Ford Puma! All other staff members were lovely and attentive.My car deal was settled in just over a week, including sourcing it from another branch of Marshall, cannot fault.

This branch has had my vehicle for 4 weeks for a simple coding job, so no excuse like parts aren’t available.It’s not the time that it’s taking, it’s the lack of contact. Every time you call up you get promised a call back that never comes. Not sure this is how the Jaguar brand is meant to appear to customers.

Purchased a new I Pace sport 2024 MY. A bit sceptical initially as I have not been able to make a purchase from this dealership in 23 years my impression has always been sales guys try hard to broker a deal management shuts it down. Having been invited to a VIP event and was looking for a purchase as already owned the I pace and was coming up for renewal. I was surprised to see a different attitude this time with an enthusiasm to sell a car missing in the past. A very good experience followed even with some difficulties over final details all was resolved. Post purchase help has been provided in some software configuration details and car set up. It was nice to be able to deal locally this time round and Sam and Billy are to be commended.

We purchased an I Pace HSE in black. We had an excellent overall buying experience made possible by Josh. He had really good knowledge of the I Pace and as a first time EV driver ha made the test drive both informative and enjoyable. Josh was able to match us with the best vehicle from Marshall’s stock that our budget allowed. He even helped us to get the full deposit contribution via finance which bumped us up from an SE to the HSE.Unfortunately the vehicles paintwork had not been properly prepared, and again Josh was very proactive and arranged for a full paint correction, and polish. It now looks stunning.We found all of the sales staff very approachable and helpful.

I bought an F-Pace from here. The process was not difficult, the sales team was helpful and forthcoming with solutions. I contracted a fault shortly after buying and it was resolved quickly with minimum fuss, (and under warranty), and I am back to driving a car I am very happy with. All good so far.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I traded in my gt86, for a approved used bmw, the transaction was impeccable.
