Conveniently located just inside the main entrance to Asda. Plenty of self serve kiosks, a lot of seating, and brightly lit. Staff were friendly and our very large, complicated order was correct the first time. They were not put off by our food allergies. Asda has free 3 hour parking so it’s easy to shop and pickup something to eat.

1 hour and half to delivery, fries raw and cold, mayo chicken cold and open and is not the first time this happens.Avoid this store, Boscombe and the Town Centre is much better.

Convenient location being inside an asda, service was a bit slow but the staff were lovely so that made up for it and the food was hot and did taste fresh been there for both breakfast rush and during a much calmer lunch hour

How can you possibly get an order wrong when it's clearly written on the label? As usual (this happens every time we order a delivery or collect) I order an extra patty in the mcplant, and it is never put in. They remember to take off the tomato & pickles, so have obviously read the changes, but NEVER remember the extra patty. How hard can it be? I think McDonald's owes me several refunds.....but have you ever tried getting one from a delivery?? Well what a hassle that it!!I just wish my daughter didn't love them so much.
