My daughter was very apprehensive about starting and struggled with her fitness for the first couple of weeks, but the support and guidance made her stick at it and now she looks forward to her classes each week, her fitness levels and confidence have grown massively, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great place to go and train, after three months training I've found myself skipping work just to make classes. Great instructor, family friendly dojo, classes available for all ages and experiences within martial arts. Give FMA a try, you won't be disappointed

My kids love going to Family Marital Arts in Prescot. Mr. Donaghey is incredible at teaching and the kids thoroughly enjoy going to his classes. Their behaviour has improved at home since we signed them up and have become more confident in themselves, it’s great to see! Can’t recommend enough!

Hard work but great fun! As a complete beginner to martial arts at 30 years old, I was apprehensive at first, but Stephen is a great and supportive instructor and clearly knows his stuff! I learn so much each class, I'm always looking forward to it and couldn't recommend it enough.

Well what started off as a four week ladies kick boxing course has now turned into five months and counting and I honestly couldn’t imagine going a week without attending a class. Joining FMA Prescot in January has literally turned my life around. The classes are not only amazing for fitness but a great way to gain confidence, drive, determination and discipline. It’s hard work but so much fun especially when you are learning so many different things. Stephen is an incredible instructor, with amazing knowledge and the patience of a saint I don’t think I would have made it past my first week without him. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get pushed out of their comfort zone and jump into something completely new!
