WORST company I have ever had to use. Damaged my property, said they would pay for repairs and only paid part of it. Engineers are poorly trained and do not care. Manager has no empathy. Did not even bother to email me to say they paid part of the cost into my account. AVOID

From first contact to report a problem, to the final repair, NHS are responsive, professional and really customer focussed. I've had my service contract for eight years now and have never had a problem. The staff in the office are really helpful and accommodating, and the engineers are really knowledgeable and make huge efforts to fix issues quickly. I recommend this firm to all of my family and friends, and know from them that my experience is not unique. Get a service contract with this firm and you'll never worry about being without heating or hot water again. They also have a great loyalty scheme, with money off a replacement boiler on certain contracts. I just can't fault them.

I got my repair via my Halifax Insurance and the £250 covered fixing my combi boiler leak issue.They were booked in and arrived mid morning and was fast and professional at diagnosing and fixing the issue.I am fully satisfied with the service and highly recommended.

Requested a morning appointment as no heating or hot water and a small child, Dan arrived by 8am and could not have been more professional and friendly. Parts replaced and boiler repaired quickly. Really impressed and very grateful! Thank you!

Very Poor service. Engineer came and I count control my boiler through thermostat. When I call them, they asked me to go through insurance . They are not advising what could have gone wrong. they are just Business, breaking things and then they get another business. if they release this, they may not get any business. Unfortunately very hard experience and unprofessional response from Engineer.

Rod was really helpful and friendly over the phone and in person when he came to install our Nest thermostat. Unfortunately our heating system required a specialist and he was unable to install it for us but he was very professional throughout. I’m sure if we’d had a more straightforward install then he would have done a good job.

nationwide came out as part of my domestic and general policy, they did something to the boiler but the part damage wasnt covered. the engineer left saying the boiler was off turn it on when i want to. i did and went back to work, i heard water about 30 mins later and the boiler was pissing out with water. called them back they said no engineer in the area will be out tomorrow. so we had to open the boiler and saw the valve on the heat exchanger was left open. closed this the leak stopped. engineer came out the day after admitted he left it open and should have really checked for leaks before he went. we has since had communication with Liam McKay who isnt very helpful he will not pay for the damage to my roof caused from the leaking boiler due to their negligence and will not give me their insurance details (may possibly be uninsured) so now i have a damaged roof a broken boiler and its christmas and they had fobbed me off. i have reported as a complaint to domestic and general as they should have more competent subcontractors to do the work and i will be taking this further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Nationwide were employed by my insurers to attend a leaking heating repair directly. I was quoted a time of 9-5pm arrival, only for the engineer to arrive at 7pm with no prior calls to mention he would be late. When he did eventually arrived, he started by complaining that it was very late in the day and he should be finishing soon which I found professional. Then he went on to say that he didn't have the tools required to lift floorboards to be able to do the simple repair. When I left to go buy the tool he needed out of my pocket, he immediately left the property. It turns out they are paid based on attendance by my insurer, which based on this encounter that he only wanted to attend at 7pm to be able to claim the cost, with no real intention of fixing the heating issue. if you are spending your own hard earned cash, I would strongly advise you stay away from this company at all costs.

Very impressed with Nationwide Heating. The Pump failed on my Worcester Bosch boiler. I had Home Emergency cover with my bank so the first £250 was covered by Halifax, the 1st company they booked had terrible reviews on Google (2.3*) so I told Halifax they are not stepping foot in my house so they offered Nationwide instead and I’m so glad they did. I am only off on a Wednesday and they offered me an appointment from 8-5pm. As Wednesday is my only day off I didn’t set my alarm and I am sorry to say I missed the installer as he arrived at 08:25 , totally my fault but Adam was a legend and was polite and booked him to revisit later that dayThe next day Molly called me to say the pump my boiler needed was in stock, it was fitted the next day. I now have hot water again.The filter was really polite too, but I didn’t remember his name. I work in a customer service industry and I was more that impressed with all the staff I dealt with in this company.Thank You for fixing my boiler
