Aldercar Residential Home

My Mum stayed here on respite for a week. They are the most wonderful staff, amazing and caring. My Mum can be quite difficult but nothing was any trouble. I just want to say a massive thank you for the care you provided for her. I know you all say its no trouble and it's your job, but you go above and beyond. Thank you from the Green family x.

Our mother with dementia was at aldercar for a short time before she passed away, but we cannot thank the staff enough for all the tender care they gave her. Amazing staff they looked after us all as well.

I'd like to say thank all the Carers and Staff for taking such good care of my mum whilst she was in their care from the day she went in until her very last moments, the love and care she received was impeccable, she couldn't have had better.The staff take care of the residents like they were their own family, so genuinely caring.Certainly the best Care Home, very homely and friendly. I loved visiting and before Covid really enjoyed sitting with mum and the staff having a chat, laughing and reminiscing.Thanks again I'm sure mum will be missed by so many Queenie"Lots of love Diane

Nice friendly staff nothing is to much for them. Also decent home cooked foods

As GP to this home I visit every two weeks. I find the management and carers excellent, professional and well prepared for our ward rounds. The residents are a stable population and a delight to look after. The individual care and understanding that the team show to the residents is wonderful and helps prolong and improve life. I woild be happy for a relative to live here

The most caring staff warm friendly atmosphere . Could not fault in anyway the care given to our mum.

My dad has lived at aldercar for about 15 months. He has been very happy there, and we the family have always been more than happy with his care through very very difficult covid times. My dad recently passed away at the home and all the staff were amazing regarding how they looked after dad and all the family.
