The staff are really helpful. One of my prescriptions was unclear so the staff went an extra mile to clarify few things and got the correct medicine. They even guided me on the correct way of using the drug.Last but not least, i did not opt for routine home delivery, but upon my adhoc request, the staff are very kind and delivered the medicene at my home in this extreme weather conditions.Thank you, the Team @ Dogsthorpe Pharmacy. Keep up the good work.

I was anoyed because the hours on here are different to the actual opening hours, he did get my prescription for me which was nice, I informed the shop that all they gotta do to update hours is have a Google account which most do. As he grabbed my prescription though I decided to suggest an edit myself.

Utterly incompetent and couldn't care less. Twice they have neglected to issue all of my medication (as I have to have someone collect it for me, I have chronic back pain) and they claim it us impossible" for them to check and keep up with all the orders

Our family pharmacy for over 17 years. Whenever we need an emergency prescription for my elderly mother-in-law Sonya and the team always help to sort it out sometimes even getting items delivered out to us when we're unable to collect. A real community pharmacy and asset to Dogsthorpe!!

Dogsthorpe Pharmacy is a great pharmacy. They have always provided me with excellent service and have gone above and beyond to assist me with my medications on multiple occasions.

Very rude, when collecting a proscription and not knowing what to put down on the back, getting told from staff “well it isn’t hard you look and tick” absolutely sickening knowing the service everyone gets these days from all type of organisations

Always have the prescribed meds I need when my local chemist lets me down

Used this Dogsthorpe Pharmacy for just over three months now, I and my wife can really see the difference from the previous Pharmacy and it's enormous. Here at the Pharmacy, customers are treated as proper human beings and not like Zombies or Aliens. We both would like to say Thank you to all the staff members for their professional ism, customer care and friendlyness with up to date services. Being a pensioner with Ill health and disability, our medications are delivered every month with NO issues at all. Dogsthorpe Pharmacy has set the example for rest of the Pharmacies around Peterborough to follow. We both are very happy with the services provided and being the members of the Pharmacy. Once again, we both would like to say thank you to all staff members.
