Excellent service. Arrived promptly and carried out the works agreed in a professional way keeping me updated as to progress. Would certainly recommend Red Brick and will use them again in the future.

Avoid this company as they dont take responsibility for bad work.Since I posted my first review it transpired that a roof repair of theirs failed badly - so we had to get it done by another company - twice the work for little more than Redbrick's price. This company also showed us how they had completely bodged the job.However after months of endless emails the owner failed to reimburse us, with one excuse after another.Shocking that they are included on Age Uk's list of trusted traders.They say on their website they provide guarantees - but this is simply untrue.

Unprofessional, unreliable and very poor standard of work. Very expensive. Took eight weeks to complete 4 days of work. Beware.

Untrustworthy and negligent.We originally had 2 large cracks in two walls that needed plastering.Although the plastering work was done very well, we now have damp on both of the walls they worked on. Something we never had before.The work included applying a damp proof layer.For a few months we have asked them to come back and fix the damp but they always give us an excuse for not coming and fix the problem they have created.They were never responsive, it took us ages to chase them to come and do the work in the first place and now they have created this problem too.

Unfortunately I cannot l;eave a NO STAR as it is not recognized. Therefore I have given the minimum required in order to post a review. The company did not even have the courtesy to respond to e-mail outlining the job needing to be done. Worse still they had been recommended by Age UK>
