William Gladwell owner of Gladwell computer services has been helping me with my technology needs for about half a decade now and I wouldn't go to anyone else for support. Will is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful and easy to talk to. He explains issues in plain English and is very easy to communicate with. He's also very fair in terms of the pricing for the services he offers, no dodgy money making tactics just a good honest service given by an excellent independent business.

Will at GCS upgraded my ageing (2012) MacBook Pro with a new SSD and more RAM - it’s given it a new lease of life and is once again usable.Overall, Gladwell Computer Services are very professional, knowledgeable and reliable and most importantly, they get the job done and done right.Highly recommend to anyone in need of computer repair in the Essex/Suffolk area, especially if you’re local to Sudbury.

I was having issues with my old laptop being very slow. It would take a good 10 minutes to start up.I gave Gladwell Computer Services a call and droped it off there the same day. William advised me that to speed things up he would install an SSD, reinstall Windows and then move all my data across.Two days later I got a call to say everything was done and the laptop was ready to pick up. William gave me a demonstration and I couldn't believe the difference. It now started up in under a minute.Very pleased with the result and customer service!!
