Nothing special but it does the job. There is a Greg's right outside which is handy, and a cafe inside. Great connections. Staff are usually pleasant. Toilets get locked in the evenings. Not a good place to change a baby, go to a shop or Cabot Circus for that.

The national express attitude was very bad and he even gave wrong information! The office staff mention that the bus at the gate is going to london, but the driver said otherwise. But apparently he is lying. Very poor attitude. Also, do people here not know how to queue???

A place to despair as one waits especially at night everything shut. Toilets are grim and demand 30 pence in change which in this day and age you won't have no matter get change at the many closed coffee shops. That said good information desk and screens. Bypass Starbucks exit onto street turn right to find wholesome cheap local cafe open in small hours, sanctuary!

Pretty decent coach station. It'd say it needs a bit of maintenance as toilets and overall the stations looks a bit rough (too used) and not much love is given to it but generally speaking the station works great and it is organized. There is a coffee shop inside of it and there is also a Gregs outside which gives you an extra option to get food/sweets for your trip.

I had a very terrible experience with a driver named Pawel.I was asked to buy a new ticket for a 5:30 bus to London because the ticket to the bus I had on me had left (4:45), which I did as instructed by the ticketing officer. The ticket officer saw and approved the new ticket and tried to give it back to me but I didn’t collect it as I had no use for it anymore. The bus driver said I was rude to his colleague who had no issue with me and I had no issue with her also (because I didn't collect the ticket back from her after she had inspected the ticket and allowed me to get on the bus). The bus driver created an issue and said I was not going on his bus after I had a legitimate ticket and had no issue with the ticket officer. He proceeded to shut the door of the bus used himself as a shield to stop me from entering the bus and i wedged myself between the door but he claimed I had assaulted him (when he was the one who actually tried to shut the door as I stood by the entrance). He also threatened to call the police on me and I asked him to since I had done nothing illegal. The station officer calmed me down and asked to put me on the next bus. If this is the power and authority National Express gives its drivers over its passengers to bully and intimidate them then I would never use this service again. The ticket officer had no issues with me and just stood back watching the driver overreact and threaten me on something that was entirely not an issue. He acted like a racist and a very disrespectful person who had no regard for my right as a paying customer.I hope to get a response on this complaint against the services of National Express and its Driver Pawel on the 5:30 Bus to London from Bristol today 11/10/2023. I have reported this issue since then and 11 days later I am yet to get any feedback from National Express.

Nice coach station. Has two coffee shops you can chill and get some snacks, both warm and cold.Unfortunately, though, my large hot chocolate fell from my hands and spilled.
