We have been regulars of this Chinese for over 5 years an have never been disappointed. Always red hot food and full of flavour.

Delivery early hence the 1 star.Back in the 1980s this would have been a great meal as we were all fascinated by anything other than beans on toast ! Forward to 2022 and this meal was disgusting! Special curry like cold custard soup with bits thrown in , crispy beef soggy as hell , chips fresh from the freezer . My own fault for ordering, can’t comment on other food but this terrible

Absolutely terrible food dry chips.. shredded chilli beef no taste. Cantonise style chicken. sliced chicken in a no tasting sauce and bean sprouts. Charged us money to come and give us our money back.. if i could have reviewed no stars i would have. Please avoid we tried it as a change.. very disappointing. Update on original post we got money back but were charged £3 to get refund and driver was told to check we had'nt eaten any..

order a few years ago however remember my experience at lotus garden in detail. I ordered spring rolls and ordered thirty miles down south. The delivery order took some time (about 4 hours, I expected it in twenty minutes) however I will have to let that go at the moment. The 3 spring rolls I had ordered were mediocre at best ( very cold however, I’m not too sure why). They did taste like cardboard however but I prefer them that way. I do however prefer the old owners (I belive the previous shop was called lok yui Chinese takeaway) they had really good service. Especially that 10 year old Chinese girl that used to kick me every time she saw me that I did hate. Can’t belives I lost a fight to a ten year old gir smhOverall- order was average big up ndl

Luckily they got the order wrong!!Ordered 2 off and only got 1.....and were too busy to rectify it..The quality off the food was rubbish..,so as said luckily only got one

The food was really poor. Beef tasted slimy. Stater was poor too seaweed, not nice! Won't order again.

Absolutely dreadful ! Zero taste and just nasty, spent £40 and feel robbed, please do yourself a favour and do not order from this place is an absolute joke !

Great if you like onions as that was the only thing in the vegetable curry. Wouldn’t even know what I was actually eating if I didn’t order it myself as it was very bland and everything had a “kebab” taste to it which was so offputting. Not nice at all and will not order again

Had spare ribs and a few other main courses during the week,Main meals wasn't too bad however the spare ribs had been in the fryer too long and where like dog chews, I love spare ribs and have never had them as bad as this before so it was our first and last visit, I didn't even bother ringing up to complain as I didn't want to waste my time especially with this quality of food on our first visit.Shame relie as I love a good" Chinese"
