Excellent service. My car was coming up to the end of it's lease and despite being really busy they fitted me in - I needed the bonnet and front bumper trim respraying. They took the vehicle in and in less than a week the work was done. The work is amazing, very professional job. Would highly recommend them - I'm sure I will be using them again!

Great repair job done on my car, friendly helpful staff, especially the receptionist that kept me up to date with new dates and appointment time when it changed due to my own health issues.

I chose BodyTech to repair my vehicle based on the reviews I read from other customers after it was hit in a local supermarket car park and no details left, and I couldn’t be happy with the work carried out. From the initial call to BodyTech, the staff were friendly and knowledgable. Simon and his team were honest and they provided me with a competitive quote for repairs. My vehicle is fairly new and because of the damage sustained, Simon was honest about how the 360 cameras and radar would need recalibrating once the bumper had been removed which would add to the cost. Because of the paint colour as well they explained that it would be more costly due to the type of paint it was (a 3 layer paint which the chap new exactly what colour it was and the breakdown of paint needed just by looking at the car! I was impressed at his vast knowledge!). Nothing was hidden from me and I left feeling reassured that my car was in safe hands. I was provided with a courtesy car for the duration at no additional cost which was greatly appreciated. In all, my car was with BodyTech for just over a week. When I collected my vehicle it looked better than when I drove it off the forecourt the day I bought it! They had even gone to the extra trouble of cleaning it for me inside and out which was completely unexpected and appreciated. I am over the moon with the repairs and the service I received from BodyTech. They kept me up to date with the progress and I had a full breakdown of works carried out and associated costs. I would 100% recommend Simon and his team at BodyTech to friends and family members and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you everyone at BodyTech, keep up the excellent work.

Absolute impeccable job done on my mini after having a prang..I'm very pleased by the first class service I received from Shaun and his team. Excellent communication, friendly, courteous and helpful people to deal with, and my car returned sparkling after being cleaned too!I'm not a person who really leaves reviews, but given everyone at this firm takes great pride in their work, and the service has been second to none, I'd absolutely 100% recommend BodyTech.

Cannot fault Shaun and his team, nothing was too much trouble when my wife's car was taken in for accident damage, he kept us informed all the way and provided a new loan car to use while the car was being repaired. I highly recommend Bodytech.The tailgate of my campervan had slipped badly out of alignment . Shaun was very thorough in his assessment of the problem and explained clearly how he would approach the job. I very much appreciated his care with this job as he was able to do the work with minimal disturbance to the interior fabric of the camper.The tail gate closes beautifully now. I am very grateful for his help.Nicky on reception was also very helpful and the other body tech engineer who I think is Oliver was also very helpful.Thank you all for being there!

After using a sub-standard body shop as well as one that I luckily pulled away from at the last minute I tried Bodytech Salisbury and was greeted by Oliver and Shaun. I immediately felt at ease and their setup was far more professional. I first asked for a rear bumper to be sprayed, but after learning what I had been quoted they nervously gave me a price which was more expensive. The difference wasn’t huge though, and what I had paid before resulted in a poor job, so I agreed. The end result was perfect, absolutely flawless, like new. Happy I immediately booked in some more work, specifically a front bumper and gave them the option of spraying my bonnet as well. This is where I was really impressed, the bumper was again flawless, and rather than spray the bonnet they offered to cut it back and give it a 3 stage polish, telling me the job would be almost as good, and would cost me much less. They could have easily taken my money for a full spray as I gave them the option. The end result, again slightly more pricey than the other body shop, but the job was magnitudes better, and it was worth every penny. If you’re tired of taking cars back to get a poor job finished, or take pride in your car and want it done properly first time, then I’d suggest these guys. They take pride in their work and offer honest and accurate advice. They will be the only body shop I go to moving on. Thanks guys.

Used body tech to have the tailgate replaced on my car after a repair from an 'at home repairer' went bad. The pricing was very competitive and the end result is excellent. They supplied a new tailgate and prep'd and sprayed it, moving across all the relevant pieces. You would literally never know it's been done. No sign the interior trim has been moved across, the shut lines are spot on and the paint is a perfect match for the other panels.Very friendly and helpful team, even gave me a lift at each end of the repair so I dint have to walk back into town! Would totally recommend to others.

After reading good reviews about Bodytech I decided to pop in for a quote for my damaged Volvo front bumper, lower trim and side wing.Shaun explained exactly what he can do about the damage and went through all the possible options I have. I had a great experience!
