First class products and service here at the Windsor branch from Luke and his right hand man Luke (yes two Lukes)!Firstly the product was at a very competitive price and in stock on display. The delivery was by the Ask delivery team, and very swift. I had a few installation queries, and the aftersales service was excellent. Five stars on all fronts!

This reviews the staff not the product. Luke at ASK was helpful and honest from the first phone call. I was buying a LG tv, a switch from my Samsung. Throughout the entire selection and buying process, I found Luke to be extremely helpful… going above and beyond. After the purchase, he followed up with an after sale phone call. Unfortunately, I could not gel with the LG tv but Luke called me and, over the phone, talked through the advanced settings to obtain the best picture. After 3 weeks, and more follow up contact, Luke sorted out the return of the TV with no quibbles! I can’t fault the tv itself. The OLED technology gives a slightly different picture to that I am used to with a QLED picture. Thanks

I am so impressed with the superior level of customer service that Luke and his team provide!! Nothing is too much to ask. Luke came to my house to correct a situation with the incorrect screws that were in the box for my tv and stand (I bought a display model). When he could have just gave me the correct screws at the store and left it to me to assemble, he went above and beyond to come to my house and put the tv and tv stand together correctly with the right screws (and I hadn't even purchased installation services).If you are shopping for a new tv or speakers, I highly recommend you go to the ASK store located in Daniel's in Windsor. You will not be disappointed and your time will be well spent.

Popped into store today, I’m very much a technophobe and Luke was so helpful and explained everything so well. I will be purchasing a QLED during the Black Friday sales for sure!!!
