Bit of a mix up over the part but not their fault. always kept fully informed, overall a great service, the engineers were polite and very knowledable. these will be my preferred choice for any domestic appliance repairs.5*

Brilliant service from start to finish. When I feared the worst of having the expense of a new washing machine to pay for not only were they able to call out to it same day they also had it fixed within an hour using spare parts they carry with them. Would really recommend and cant thank them enough.

Delighted, highly recommended. I had no success with 2 other appliance repair companies - 1 never turned up, and the other charged me for a visit and said that my oven wasn’t repairable.Jay was communicative all the way through and quickly fixed the issue.

Brilliant service and excellent value for money. Jay and Phil (engineers) attended timely, very knowledgeable, clearly explained the issues and rectified them promptly. I have recommended to y family, friends and neighbours and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Repair of gas ring on hob of an old cooker . Great service from Jay at the company office , to the engineers who attended. Very knowledgeable and on time , repairs completed. Would definitely recommend
