Been in previously and staff were very nice(when I was buying). Perhaps a wee bit too suffocating but helpful nonetheless. Returning goods is a very different experience! Perhaps they should operate a no returns policy if such a problem. Will not be back.

Like the other review mentioned, the staff in the women’s section I encountered today were quite unfriendly. The tone with which the staff answered my questions sounded extremely impatient, and it made me feel quite uncomfortable about asking questions.

Elena helped my partner and I today, and she provided us with incredible customer service, answering all of our questions and helping us to find what we were looking for quickly and efficiently. We can't speak highly enough of her service and Lululemon is lucky to have her!

Staff were not friendly which is unusal as ive been to other lululemons and their usually very friendly. I felt uncomfortable to ask question. Also not a great variety of sizes and colours for the leggings.

The Glasgow Lulu staff are super friendly & attentive. A great shopping experience from start to finish. I'm also in love with my new slush hour parka jacket - it's so warm & cozy I've hardly even noticed its winter! Big thumbs up all round.

I have been buying Lululemon for years and still wear some leggings i bought over 10 years ago !The quality is second to none and well worth the investment, I was so happy when they came to Glasgow and Scotland. The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly they make you feel part of a community and not just a shopping experience !

I visited the Royal Exchange, Glasgow Lulu Lemon today for a fit session with Zoe. This was my first time in the boutique and it was such an unexpected experience. The service was 5 star. Zoe took time to listen, ask questions and advise me accordingly, making appropriate suggestions and offering alternatives along the way. She explained the brand philosophies and the unique fabrics designed with each sport in mind. The whole experience was fantastic and I recommend others try it.
