I've been doing the beginner guitar course for a few weeks now and I can't recommend AMA highly enough. Group lessons are a great idea as it takes the pressure off you a little and the sociable aspect works well for music learning. Mark the tutor has exactly the traits you want - focused, professional and on his game but also laidback and easy to talk to and ask questions of. There's a nice relaxed vibe and everyone's making super quick progress. I've been wanting to learn guitar for twenty years but never got my arse in gear, think I'm finally going to nail it with AMA. Great stuff!

I am really loving my group guitar lessons. They have a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. My teacher is very approachable, patient and accommodating to everyone’s learning styles in the group.You receive a comprehensive and well structured booklet that compliments the lessons, allowing you to easily practice and follow the lesson objectives at home.

I've been learning guitar with AMA for 18 months and it's been a fantastic experience. I started with the 6 week course, which was a great way to see whether I liked the guitar as an instrument (I was able to borrow an acoustic from AMA too so I didn't need to buy one straight away). After this I was hooked! The sessions are designed in such a way that you can see your progress without getting bored, and fit in well around my full-time job. The tutors are excellent and it's such a nice friendly and supportive atmosphere learning with others. I'd really recommend it for anyone who's interested in learning the guitar.

I am absolutely loving my guitar lessons! It's such a chilled out and relaxing atmosphere, with like-minded people. Well structured classes and excellent tutor are enablling me to progress. The added work booklet is detailed and easy to follow at home, I would definitely recommend joining.

I absolutely love the guitar lessons. Have been trying to learn to play the guitar for years with more classic methods and progress was always so slow I ended up giving up everytime. After just 3 lessons at All Music and I can see so much more progress than ever before. Very practical and efficient. And I have started during the quarentine period so it has been all on online for now and already so good. Highly recommended.3 years on and many lessons later, I still highly reccomend it, I can play much better and the social component is great.

Really fun way to learn the guitar in a relaxed setting. Mark, who teaches us really knows his stuff and is great fun in the lessons. If you’re thinking about learning the guitar then I can’t recommend the All Music Academy highly enough. My lessons genuinely are a highlight of the week.

Been a member for a few months now. Already had some self-taught basic guitar skills but Mark really helped fill in the gaps in the stuff I already knew and has me playing new fancy chord types which mean I can actually play some of my favourite songs properly (rather than the vaguely similar basic approximations I attempted previously!) Sessions are relaxed and fun and the online materials are great as well if I have to miss a session - so I can keep up and not fall behind the rest of the group.

My experience with All Music Academy has been fantastic! I've previously struggled to commit to learning musical instruments but I have really enjoyed the guitar classes, I have made progress quicker than I imagined and I'm excited to keep learning. Mark is a fantastic teacher- he really knows his stuff and creates a really enjoyable learning environment. It's also great to learn as part of a lovely group of people. I highly recommend signing up!

I discovered the All Music Academy in my local bar so booked in with them and found it great value for money. They offer guitar help for all abilities and clearly have a lot of experience in both playing and teaching. Plus, they're nice guys who you can contact with queries outside of hours as they're responsive and want to help. The lessons I have are undertaken in a group setting which I find useful for discipline, and since the lockdown they've continued to offer lessons online so you can still hone your craft. Everyone enjoys the lesson and they do a great job so it's worth a go if you want to learn an instrument imo!

Really enjoying the classes with Mark at All Music Academy. Its really great to have structured, friendly easygoing lessons with a great teacher and small group of like-minded people at a similar level. I have gone from literally zero to being comfortable playing a variety of songs from a variety of genres. There's still a long way for me to go, but I'm confident that I'll get there with Mark and All Music Academy
