Wren Kitchens

Supposedly high end quality kitchen arrived poorly painted/finished, items chipped, cheap quality wood. Wren also sent us incorrect replacement items, delaying our installation. Other kitchen alterations were required due to a unit that was supplied as 'requires modification' not being suitable for modification.Constant calls from Wren during installation asking if it's complete, trying to talk us into believing it's complete whilst there were outstanding actions. Very rude staff calling me from this branch, I didn't feel any form of customer service. Wren even lied in follow up emails about what was said during phone calls. Barrage of duplicate emails and calls, poor internal communication, one department just passes problems to another, no central oversight/accountability from anyone. Own project management required to ensure everything was complete, requiring a significant amount of our own time to keep it in track and correct.Worktop installers damaged our kitchen and had little respect for our house. They left rubbish and chipped quartz on the floors. They accepted zero responsibility.There were also issues in getting reimbursement for items which Wren had confirmed as refundable, which took significant effort after installation to resolve. If you are unfortunate enough to use Wren, make sure everything you agree is in writing prior to completion. If you don't get anywhere with disagreement, ask for a letter of final position and take it to the ombudsman!Supplementary works price estimates from Wren are completely incorrect, causing significant additional costs.The only real positive was the contracted fitters, who did an amazing job given the circumstances, they resolved many issues around quality and incorrectly supplied materials, keeping our hopes of a 'dream kitchen' alive.We've spent a lot of money on our new kitchen, but the whole experience has been stressful and time consuming, this has put a real dampener on the new kitchen, very dissatisfied, I wish we had gone elsewhere.

Great experience from start to finish. Our kitchen was designed by Cristian from Reading showroom and he did an excellent job in creating a new kitchen which we love. Delivery was on time and he was also very helpful in getting us replacements part which we needed at end. We would highly recommend wren kitchens.

We are really happy with our Wren kitchen. We had a large space to fill but a limited budget and Cristian really helped us incorporate all the features we wanted, including some changes near the end of the process . We love the kitchen he designed and the space works brilliantly for us. The kitchen arrived exactly on time and our builders found it really easy to install with the detailed fit pack that came with it. We needed a couple of minor replacement parts due to issues at our end and Cristian had them sent out immediately. We cannot fault the service we received and from our experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a Wren kitchen.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Our kitchen was designed by Ronnie in the Reading showroom and she came up with ideas and was accommodating to several changes that we requested. Delivery was on time on the scheduled day and we were kept updated on delivery timings which was very helpful. We now have a beautiful new kitchen which we enjoy spending time in.

We bought our kitchen through the Reading showroom. We looked at several different companies but we found the design experience at Wren, with our designer Cristian, to be by far the best. We had never bought a new kitchen before and Cristian guided us through the process with expertise and patience! He listened to our ideas and helped us to create a kitchen which works for us and looks fabulous. When we had a couple of issues, these were dealt with quickly. Overall, we are really happy with our experience.

We have bought a large kitchen from here. Cristian Carcalea was the designer and it was all a really good experience. He understood what we were trying to achieve, yet came with his own ideas and inspiration. We are so happy with our kitchen! Thank you!

We are really happy with our new Wren kitchen. We were so lucky to have Cristian as our kitchen designer. He was actually the main reason why we chose Wren over all the rest of kitchen brands. He made really good design for us, helped us with financing. And after sale he was super helpful with every request. We can't thank him enough for that.We used our fitters, and they had no issues with fitting Wren kitchen. However, if I do it again, I would go with Wren's fitters because they guarantee their work while our fitters stop answering as soon as we paid them money. So if any issues in the future, I doubt that our fitters will fix anything.In general, our kitchen is functional and looks gorgeous. And we are very happy going with Wren.

We now have a lovely refurbished kitchen and newly fitted utility room thanks to Wren and especially our designer Cristian. He listened carefully to our requirements and made suggestions that were gratefully received. Cristian was very patient and was happy to amend his design to meet our changes. We are delighted with our two rooms and we don't believe they would have been as good without Cristian's input. Highly recommend him.In addition to the above the quality of the units and appliances is very good and we are extremely satisfied with the overall Wren experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish - and even when you go in with an idea that just isn't practical for the space you have. Rather than just a flat out refusal, our friendly and efficient architect worked with us to design a kitchen that still had elements we hoped for but in a practical space that worked. Great support all the way through and we love our new kitchen!

This is the second Wren Kitchen we have brought in the last five years due to moving. Our designer the second time round was so much better , the first kitchen we brought from Slough but this time we decided to go to Reading and it was so much better. Our designer was Cristian and he was amazing, so helpful and tried his best to give us what we wanted. If we had a problem, I just spoke directly to Cristian and he would sort out any problems we had. I would highly recommend going to Reading and booking an appointment with Cristian if you’re looking for a well thought out Kitchen. Thank you Cristian for making the whole process so easy.
