Fantastic experience with these guys, unfortunately travelling back from Scunthorpe to Wiltshire my wheel bearing decided it no longer wanted to run smoothly so I called up national in Nottingham (West Street) with in 30 minutes of my call to them I arrived and was seen to very promptly. I was advised it could take a while so we took a walk into town - there wasn’t much to do so we took slow walk back to the garage and waited. Even tho this depo only had two members of staff working on this day the work was carried out to a high standard and managed to get me and my family back on the road. We can’t thank you enough, Keep up the good work!

I purchased 4 new tires from them, 2 wheel alignment and had all 4 wheels balanced. Very nice gentlemen working at that location, very helpful and professional. Completed my vehicle in the time frame which they told me on arrival.

I took my car today for 2 new tyres because I had 2 punctures and also booked for it to be tracked . I booked online for 1.30pm , arriving in plenty of timeI informed the gentleman when I arrived which tyres I required changing (front left,back right ) and left my car with them. I returned when it was finished , I was told the good tyre from the front had been put on the back and the 2 new tyres where on the front and tracking had been completed. When driving home my car felt different and was pulling to the right quite alot, it never pulled prior.. On arriving home I noticed my back tyre was the same one as when I took it in . When ringing back I was informed the back hadn't been changed and they had changed the front 2 . the man changing the tyres obviously thought I didn't know what I actually needed . I returned to the garage just before 3pm the same day to try and have this rectified, which I was told it would be , I was left waiting for quite some time , I informed the man that I had to collect my daughter from work at 4pm and I had booked it in today around this and I had a long drive early tomorrow. I had to leave the garage without my car being sorted .There is an obvious lack of respect for women at this garage and a man knows best mentality. I will never use them again .

The staff are very friendly and great to talk to however the priceing not so friendly. I'm sure puncture repairs used to be £15? Go to a local competitor £12 per puncture. This company is dead.£25 / 30 min... Paid almost £1 a minute not value for money.

I booked an appointment for 10 a.m. for a 4-wheel alignment and was told it would take a few hours, it's a joke.....

Really fantastic, proper service from Craig and the team. Fitted me in quickly, got the tyre I needed sorted. Second time I've used this year, will be going back for tyres in the future

Excellent service from National Tyres at Hucknall. They contacted my lease car provider and sorted everything. Craig and his colleague worked flat out to get me and my fellow customers back on the road, on a freezing cold night. Highly recommended. Many thanks.
