DLG Auto Services Crawley

Very pleased with the service from DLG. My vehicle was collected from my home and returned on time. I was given the use of a good quality courtesy car while mine was being repaired. The communication from DLG was good.

I was really impressed with the speed of repairs following a break in. My car was collected within 24 hours and mended and return in less than a week. A hire car was also arranged and this too arrived within 24 hours.

Amazing service. Very profession, very responsive and empathetic. Did a great job on my car , turnaround in record time and very convenient customer friendly process. Allen the assessor was great. Really great to see such professional services still being offered by someone like DLG Crawley. A real 5 star garage.

I was involved in hit and run accident so my car was damaged, this garage made a huge difference to my car it looks as good as new. Fantastic and fast service, everyone I have spoken to were super polite and helpful. Many thanks for your amazing. Bellow are pictures before and after.

The repair was very well done. Impossible for me to tell anything ever happened by inspection or driving. I'm not technically competent to assess it fully. Time and the next MOT will tell.I've dinged one star re communication and processes as the message that I was due to be abroad for 3 weeks didn't reach everyone it needed to and one gentleman who contacted me seemed to believe I would know what was being done whereas I only found that out with a printed list after the car was returned.I would also have preferred the repair in my local dealership which is within walking distance and much nearer the towing company where it spent a week, so probably quicker overall. Although I recognise that centralising repairs makes cost and control sense for the insurer.

Very good service, provided through my insurance. They collected from and delivered my car home, kept me updated with calls while they had the vehicle. The repairs took a while but they found further damage after starting the work. The work looks top quality as far as I can see. I had a courtesy car the whole time so the time wasn't an issue.

DLG were my approved repairers following an accident.They were very efficient and friendly.My car was collected on time and returned after repair exactly when they said.I was kept very well informed all the time and the collection/delivery driver was very friendly.Highly recommend them to anyone.

Car was picked up and delivered back promptly after an accident, very happy with the quality of the repairs. Received a breakdown of repairs made and car looks great, colour perfectly matched. Good communication from beginning to end and 3 yrs warranty on the work. Would recommend.
