My property was not being marketed very well by a rival firm and when John D Wood took over, I had twice as many viewings in a week and sold the property within two for more than the list price. Poor communication with these people, always had to chase even for the most minor information. Constant emails being ignored and phone calls not being returned. Moving house is a stressful enough experience without your estate agent letting you down on top of it. Not a happy experience.
