I went to print a document and was glad there’s a post office in there which made my job very easy. They do any kind of printing and binding.

I have been visiting this store for 10 years. The staff are lovely, always nice and helpful. It's always clean and the promos are good. People.often overlook Romans for gifts too but they usually have some nice things

Asked as had a look for 2 mm lead for an artist tool. They hadn't got it but the staff suggested. I go to Hobbycraft after looking at their phones. Thankyou staff.

I often go into Rymans on London road to pick things up for work, every single time I am assisted by a lovely woman (I never quite catch her name but she has short blonde hair) and she always gives 10/10 with advice and just overall customer service, i just wanted to write this because she is such an asset to the team and I always have a pleasant experience and she really deserves some recognition for it :)

Committed to providing your customers the best experience??? I suffered terrible service at your Southampton London Road branch. A female employee chastised me in front of other customers alleging I was attempting to jump the queue. I had in fact been waiting and ignored by your arrogant employee before other customers had even joined a queue which had subsequently been formed of their own fruition at the other side of the counter. If that's how your employees treat people then I'll shop elsewhere.
