I contacted Geoffrey Miller in December of 2022 as a last resort after being charged with failing to provide a specimen. I was set to lose my license for 3-5 years after having a previous drink drive conviction. Right from the off they assured me they would look at every aspect of the case to see what defence we had (I did not think we had any) Thanks to Justyna and her team they was able to see the negligence and failure to comply with procedure that the police had committed. In November 2023 I was found not guilty! A huge thank you must go to Phillip Lucas, he is the best barrister around! he knows the law around driving offenses inside out and there is no better person fighting your corner. Now the fees are very expensive, especially as I had to pay for expert witnesses and a further day at court due to the case be adjourned. However you get what you pay for and that is the best!

Jeanette and her valued team of experts have gone above and beyond to secure a successful outcome for which I will be forever grateful. We fought a long and arduous battle, many would have given up and left me, she did not and we won! I was able to continue to drive unhindered and stay on the road and continue to run my business. The service I received from Geoffrey Miller is simply outstanding.My drink driving case put me at serious risk of facing a lengthy driving ban and also a custodial sentence. After an agonising 3 years whilst waiting for the trial, I am pleased to say that I have now been aquitted and Austin was always reassuring and knowledgeable throughout the process.At trial, my barrister Phillip Lucas was meticulous in his approach and had a number of issues with the prosecution's case. As it turned out, the prosecution tried to progress the trial without a key witness and because Mr Lucas explained clearly to the judge and the prosection why the witness needed to be present, the prosecution had to conceed and offer no evidence.As I write this review, I still cannot believe that I was aquitted and that I can now move on with my life.I cannot thank Austin and Phillip Lucas enough.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I “interviewed’ four firms to defend my son and dealt with the managing partner who was very impressive. Austin, as our solicitor, was always available, confident and detailed. Philip Lucas at trial is everything his bio states-the best in this area. We didn’t even get to a full trial as he dismantled their case and we had plenty in reserve. This came from being so detailed and knowledgable. I'm sure the company can help with cases but only if you can afford to pay £10,000+... I am uneducated and I don't really understand the law, after looking at their fixed price" of £2000 I thought I would scrape together everything I could for them to take on the case... After some confusing conversations and multiple emails
