Quality service - extremely quick but thorough, fairly priced and wasn’t too busy!

I paid £43 for my 3 door car to be washed and cleaned inside. I have used this company before and always felt they did a great job and it was worth paying that but more however this week I took my little car for the same service. When I collected I was in a rush so didn’t check it over fully however on getting home there were dirty brown drips marks, the alloys weren’t cleaned properly, the wing mirrors had marks on, the windscreen had bit smears on the inside. The car hadn’t been vacuumed properly and the seat runners were full of crumbs and bits. The inside of the drivers door had brown marks inside where they hadn’t wiped it out properly. There wasn’t even a little smelly tree as usual. He had told me the seats wouldn’t be washed but i expected a vaccum and a wipe down however apparently that also wasn’t done.I returned the following day and apologised but said the car had not been cleaned fully and explained my concerns - very politely I might add - to be told they couldn’t clean the seat runners because the vaccuum couldn’t get to that. And he would give it another vacuum, it would take 10 minutes but that was the most he could do. He did not apologise and made it clear he did not agree.When collected the car he had cleaned the windscreen and the inside door but nothing else.I am really disappointed in this service as I normally find the staff so nice and helpful and rang car has always been spotless on other visits. I now however will not be returning to pay that kind of money for a poor service.

Overall good. There were a few light scratches on the paintwork that weren't there before. I know every little mark on my car. I think they should polish out. Just time and hassle

Expensive £15 for cheapest (4x4) pay £9 near me and far superior, witnessed the cars next to me (newish range rover) having there doors opened and squirted around the inside of the door one handed with power washer and watching the water go all over the floor and side of passenger seat......no thanks, the silver wash is supposed to clean the door sills mine wernt done and would have gone mental if they tried the open the door power wash trick I had witnessed on the car next to me, but the biggest disappointment was that they didn't clean the rear section of roof (the whole truckman top) and were smacking there brush hard all over the rest of the roof cleaning it from the ground so unable to actually see what there doing, the rest of the truck looks alright, for the price more care and detail should be taken, no air freshener either won't be going back, will stick to wash 4 you in partington £9 for large vehicles and do a great job and get air freshner

I've used Wilmslow Shines a few times now and each time I have driven away happy. However, upon checking my credit card statements spanning the past few months I noticed a few payments to them which were definitely not me. I always just go for the Silver Wash which is £11 with my small car, but the payment amounts shown are in the region of £90. I urge any other customer to check your card statements...

They did a good job overall, nice and glossy except where patches of dirt were missed on the two front wings, the passenger sill and all over the rear bumper. Just, what's the point
