Boss Motors

I can't praise the garage highly enough. They give solid knowledge and solutions to problems, their integrity is what im most grateful for. Straight talking no nonsense honesty and expert advice which has saved me a lot of inconvenience and expense recently. Many Thanks guys.

Would not recommend giving your car to boss motors. Gave my car in to fix during my week off for work. Guy promised to have it sorted. Gave it on a Thursday - rang on Monday - The main boss informed me it wasn’t done and kept reiterating the fact that He’s very busy and will do it Wednesday/Thursday to which I rang on Thursday - he angrily informed me he’s had enough of my car and to come and pick the car up. Wasted a week of mine and now I have couple days to sort my car out. Poor service could have just been honest from day 1. To add to this he was extremely rude on every phone call I made to him. Saying things like your car isn’t the only car I have to sort out etc. for no apparent reason. These sort of remarks just unnecessary - if you can’t sort something just say so - or if you don’t want to do a job - just say so - customers are happy to go elsewhere. Also if you’ve got a warranty boss motors find it extremely difficult to communicate with them so don’t bother taking to them if your willing to claim through a warranty as they find communication with warranty companies very difficult.

Very very good garage, highly recommend to anyone who needs an M.O.T. to a full service. Great on price and very reliable.

Definitely the best garage out there. Have used Boss Motors for a number of my vehicles now [Mercedes C Class (Handbrake spring), Audi A3 (Brake pads and engine seals), Ford Fiesta (Gearbox Fluid leak issue) and they've always managed to resolve the issues on 1st attempt. No nonsense, straight to the point and reasonably priced too. 1st garage ever come across which is exceptionally clean and well managed and organised.

Great garage, fantastic service, prices are fair. They actually can fix car problems. Unlike a growing number of garages that just do the basics and MOT. Cannot recommend them enough.

Always go here for any work needed, had them work on my corsa, citroen c3 and golf, c3 needed rear drums adjusting and cambelt/drive belt changing and gold had coils and shocks replaced, all at a good price, would recommend.

So rude, staff too stuck up to speak to you as a customer, two guys as we drove refused to acknowledge us, as we drove further in to find someone to talk to, guy comes over tells us to go away get out, go park your car outside, then both of them just laughed at each other, idiotas, we came to give you money for potential work, we wasn't here for your autograph, we didn't understand the arrogance, maybe they own the business or just work there, but why be such degenerates ??Reply to response, if there was space, would we have drove in, if we drove in by mistake, not knowing the rules - which aren't sign posted, cars drive in a garage that is open, dealerships have rules, marked points, customer service skills, you are not a dealership, nor have the competency to understand that, your reply is of arrogance, you didn't seem to understand the issue.

Quick reliable service, very friendly and professional, never let me down, always find and fix the problem when others have let me down.

From the swift reply to my initial message, to them being very accommodating, friendly and honest when I got down to the garage. This company deserves 10 Stars! They even gave my little boy a present, he is absolutely made up, he even asked to go back tomorrow. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road again.
