I was delighted by the standard of service I received, both from the manager who visited our home to ascertain what was needed and also from Irma, our cleaner, who was very efficient and cheerful. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Untrustworthy, unprofessional and unreliable and that is all before you take into account that they have recently caused over £1,000 of damage to our oak wooden floor and have made every attempt not to pay to fix the damage. Currently taking them to court in order to get them to pay for the damage two of their cleaners caused over a fortnightly period. Do not use them!!!!!!

I received nothing but helpful and efficient service from AL Home Cleaning. I have had the same cleaner (with occasional cover while on leave) for more than 5 years and I have been kept in the loop on questions, repairs, doubts... Anything. I receive immediate response when I have a question or need additional help. Rita is always there to help with questions and our cleaner Virginija is the best, the most hard-working and reliable lady there is. When something went wrong with the replacement cleaner, I was reimbursed for damage immediately without even asking for it. Very professional people.

I was really happy with the cleaning service until today.Do not book with them!I have used them for years, and although they were slightly expensive (13.50) an hour they have decided to tell me they will not send anyone out now unless they agree to their new prices of £15 an hour plus a cleaning products fee of £20 plus any parking or congestion charges!! Making cleaning from them cost £65!!!Absolute rip off! No customer loyalty and you can never get a cleaner! I was trying to book someone for months!

We have been with AL cleaning for 9 years now and are very happy. Our cleaner, Edita, is fabulous. On any occasion we have had a replacement cleaner they have also been of a very high standard. We would thoroughly recommend A L cleaning.

I have been with AL Home Cleaning for several years now and I have no issue recommending them. They always do their utmost to accommodate my needs. They provide a replacement cleaner if your regular cleaner can't make it. They respond to all enquiries quickly and efficiently and are always happy to help in anyway they can, whether the ask is small or big. I trust them and my regular cleaner, who is a total gem.

We have been using AL Cleaning Ltd for 7 years now and they have never let us down. The office contacts are always very responsive and happy to help with anything. We had a break for a year when we moved house and them tried some local non-agency cleaners but it wasn't the same. We can back to them in 2017 and our cleaner Grazina has been wonderful. She is always very happy and sweet with our children. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service following post construction building works at my home. They arrived on time and the place was gleaming by the time that they left. Me and my wife were so impressed with the final results absolutely spotless.I have recommended their services to a friend in North London who is now using them on a weekly basis at his Mums house and is extremely happy.No hesitation in recommending them.Have used again recently for numerous sparkle cleans following completion of construction works prior to clients moving back into their homes. Always get great feedback from clients on how clean their house is on return despite the large scale works conducted within their homes.

I used the company about 4 years ago first time. Once I was satisfied with the cleaning lady, they suddenly said that she was not available anymore as she was taken to do only end of tenancy cleaning. That wasn't very suitable for me as I am not willing to have different ladies coming to my house. This time I thought I would try them again. The lady who started cleaning was ok and I was happy to keep her. But again for unexplained reason she was withdrawn. I was offered a substitute lady but i had to fit her schedule. Not what I expect from the professional company. No one else was available. I had to cancel all together. Can't have different people coming to my house every few months. I understand that it's not easy to satisfy the customer and the employee at the same time. However, I would not be returning to the same company. Two times similar experience and both times rather disappointing. I am not even mentioning the actual cleaning. No one will ever clean better for you than yourself...
