Called in for some wool we couldn't find else where, a young girl served us, at first I though she wouldn't know much, how wrong I was, she was brilliant, great knowledge of the stock and VERY helpful. Many thanks.Having left this good review some time ago, the wool factory have let me down twice. I booked a crochet lesson, and that didn't happen, was told that I hadn't completed the order properly?? No one got in touch to explain, and Very little response to my emails, when asked what was happening.Then I ordered some wool, was told it would be sent over from the warehouse for the next day, and it wasn't !! I don't live local, so it was a wasted journey.

Went into day to purchase several different wools for knitted animals. Young lady was very helpful and even asked me to bring in my finished items but showed her photo's instead. Love that I don't have to travel to Skegness for wool especially in the summer season.

I must be the only customer who has had a bad experience with this company. I had to return my original order as it was not suitable. My parcel has been sitting at the Wool Factory's local sorting office since 6th April and despite an email from Grant assuring me that it would be collected I have heard nothing from the Wool Factory even though I have sent six emails to find out what is happening. Very poor customer service especially when you cannot speak to anybody on the phone. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering again and am out of pocket. No wool and no refund!

Best place to order yarn! Always on time, people are friendly and helpful. Great deals! Highly recommend!I'm thinking about buying subscription mystery boxes from them. There is no loosing, cause they always have the highest quality stuff.

I ordered for first time from Wool Factory and I’m very happy, everything arrived fast and all yarns are so beautiful!!! Also one of the colours I ordered was out of stock and they let me know immediately and they gave me options I ask if they can exchange with something similar and they actually send me 200gr, when I had ordered 150g. That’s was so kind from them and they made my day!!! I am definitely going to order again!!! Thank you for everything !!!!
