Just had my first cut with Brian. He explained what he was going to do and why; and gave me some useful hair care tips. Good vibe: calm surroundings and pleasant, friendly attitude. Am very happy with the result and have already booked the next appointment.

Brian has been cutting my hair since I moved to the area a couple of years ago and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He runs an appointment only booking system which means no queues and you leave with your next appointment arranged. He is professional, friendly, meticulous and always happy to provide hair care advice and suggestions.

Brian has cut my Dad's and my hair for a few years now, we travel over from North Wales to see him - 'why?' you ask; well apart from being a good person enjoyable to be around, he's a master of the art of the barber. Highly recommend.

I'd been bouncing from barber to barber for months trying to get a certain cut but only getting bog standard attempts. After reading the reviews I thought I'd try cutting lounge and it's the best decision I've made. Brian discussed with me what he would do and why and gave hair care tips as well. So if your looking for a barber who's professional, attentive and will work with you to get what you want you can't go wrong with Brian.

I've been going to Cutting Lounge for the best part of eight years now and Brian has always delivered a fantastic service as a Barber. His attention to detail and care for each individual customer is fantastic and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and knowledgeable Barber in New Brighton. Superb local gent's salon. I've been visiting since moving to the area last year. Brian is always friendly and so knowledgeable about hair and treatments. He recommended certain products to use which have had an amazing impact on my hair. He's always flexible and willing to alter appointments if needed. Highly recommend this excellent salon to any gentleman who- like me- take pride in their hair.
